Mark Morgan Won't Pay Debt Navigation: Main page Author: Screenwriter Mark Morgan has refused to pay a loan I extended to him while he was running Maverick Films in late 2007. I have found that he is not an honest or ethical person and I recommend that anyone planning to engage in business with him do so at his/her own peril.
