We ordered the system the first of August from their website. Paid in full to include over a $100 for express shipping.

They then waited one week to ship ( glad I paid for express)

When I received the unit it was not new as advertised but very used and looked like someone used it for target practice with a BB gun ( about 50 small bb sized dings)

I immediately emailed and call and received no answer from either. The sellers website uses PayPal as it checkout and that was how I paid so I filed a dispute with them thinking we would be covered but all a seller has to do for a off ebay sale is show shipping and paypal closes the case as unresolved and does not help after that point.

The company has only responded once and that was while the paypal claim was initially opened and their response was that they were sick and could not contact us back ( miracle happened when I opened the case though)

We would like to return the unit and get a full refund.
