Litnik Communications Inc. is a registered company in the Philippines but the management doesn't give any benefits to its employees. It is managed by Litlyn Vistal, a young lady who didn't even get a degree in professional courses in college, a young lady who lived in squatter but talks a lot of million dollars that even a single penny she didn't invest on her company. She won't ever get your account started not unless you provide them your upfront money but Litlyn would tell you a lot of stuffs during her marketing which is all lie that her call center has a high-end internet connection, high tech computers, 3gig mem. (but actually just 1gig). She would tell you that she has computers but actually nothing. She changes her call center agents a lot of times and said ", I fired that agent because she/ he has an attitude problem..." but the truth is she would hire agents for you that she would allow to work for 2 or 3 night-shifts, after that she would tell them they didn't pass, the worse thing she would not pay them, what a shitty boss! Well, she was paid by the client. In the next few days, same thing would happen, she hired new staffs and fired and NO PAY! Litlyn is the worst businesswoman I've ever known. She is the shit of all the shit!She lost a lot of clients already because of her deceptions. So to all people in BPO business beare of this company Litnik Communications Inc. who is managed by Litlyn Vistal and her live-in partner Nikolaus Spanoudis este Nicholas G. Spanos. Never get involved to this company or else you would be screwed up by a high-school graduate and yet a professional scammer!

I saw her pictures in her Facebook account with her College Uniform back in College. She also has her college friends in FB. As what i know, she is a 2 year degree holder of Bachelor's Of Science in Computer Science.
Your English seems wrote by a Filipino. Are you one of the employees? I do not know the story behind it, but Litlin is a good friend of mine and i know her very much. Her pocket is always open for the people who needs help. She is a family woman and hope whatever her problems with that company (She actually have discussed it) hope you will leave it behind. You do not know her pressures and her problems with that company. I guess she would not be using her real name if she is a scammer.
