The truth is they are not very knowledgeable in Emergency Medicine. I visited this facility about a month ago as well as some people in my community for ER care and the doctor had to consult with his partner because he wasn't sure how to treat me which resulted in a very bad reaction to the medication injected. In addition to that, they charge alot more than the ER at the hospital, and there were charges for services that were not provided. The restroom had crap on the wall and door and wasn't clean. There are also several lawsuits being filed by people in the Frisco community because this facility does not inform patients that they are OUT OF NETWORK with every insurance. What this means is that you will be responsible for the entire bill before you walk out the door. They will tell you when you walk in or call that they accept and are in-network your insurance but when you check-out or receive a bill in the mail is when you find out that you are responsible for the entire bill. Oh and don't get too excited about the measley discounts they offer off your bill because they are tripling the charge for each service anyway, so in essence you are not receiving a discount. BEWARE or visit at your own risk!!!!
