I retained Mortgage Mitigation Law Group through the Law Offices of Patrick G. Drury to negotiate a mortgage loan modification. Even though I provided all documentation to the group 8 days before the deadline for submission, the group failed to submit my paperwork to the mortgage company before the deadline ruining the possibility of obtaining a modification.

I was told that would receive a refund for $1250, but after 2 weeks and having not received a check or credit to my account I called the company. I was told they would send a check.

A week later, no check. I called the company and was told the check was being sent, but 4 weeks later, no check.

After numerous phone calls and 6 weeks later I received a check for $750, only a partial refund. I called the company, they sent a check for the remaining $500.

After depositing the check and 5 days later, I found out the check was returned or NON-Sufficient Funds!

After more phone calls, I finally reached Patrick G Drury. He gave me his word that he would send me a replacement check the day we spoke. 8 days later, I have not received the check.
