The attorney, James G. Schmier on 04/14/2011 submitted to the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission (File No. 0589-11) a Bogus Retainer Fee Agreement. Schmier on 04/14/2011 responded to a complaint filed with the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commision. A bogus retainer fee accompanied that response. According to Schmier, he forwarded . . . . (2) copies of his retainer fee agreement with a stamped return envelope. Neither of the two retainer fee agreements were signed and returned. Laugh. Go ahead and laugh. Laugh, laugh, laugh. The client NEVER received (2) copies of a retainer fee agreement and or a stamped return envelope. Client and Schmier NEVER discussed a retainer fee agreement, a retainer fee ONLY a retainer fee. This attorney, James G. Schmier is inept, inexperienced and a MASTER LIAR. There are an abundance of good quality lawyers in Southeast Michigan. James G. Schmier is not one of them.
