LARRY KROEKER ALONG WITH KIRK WEINENGA AND SAMANTHA OLDEN RIPPED OFF A SINGLE MOM'S ONE CHANCE AT A BETTER LIFE FOR ME AND MY SON. SAMANTHA OLDEN WORKS FOR DAVID LYNG REAL ESTATE. THIS LICENCED AGENT LED THE PATH OF FINACIAL DEVISTATION TO LARRY KROEKER AND HER OWN HUSBAND KIRK WEINENGA. I HAVE $180,000.00 TIED UP IN A MANUFACTURED HOME THAT A YEAR AND THREE MONTHS LATER IS STILL UNFINISHED AND AT EMEDIATE RISK OF THE PARK, WHERE IT IS LOCATED, REMOVING IT. THIS WOULD BE A COMPLETE AND TOTAL LOSS FOR ME. SAMANTHA OLDEN QUOTED ME THE WRONG AMOUNT FOR CONSTRUCTION COST EVEN THOUGH IT WAS HER OWN HUSBAND DOING THE WORK. SHE HAD TOLD ME HER HUSBAND WAS A LIC. CONTRACTOR (NOT) AND THAT LARRY KROEKER WAS A GREAT GUY TO DO BUISNESS WITH DUE TO HIS KINDNESS AND HONESTY. HA! I HAVE REPORTED ALL THESE INDEVIDUALS TO HUD, CSLB AND DEPT. OF REAL ESTATE. SAM OLDEN DENIED TO THE D.O.R.E. THAT SHE WAS EVER MY AGENT. THIS WAS A NOT TRUE. KIRK WEINENGA TOOK $30,000.00 AND SIX MONTHS AND NEVER FINISHED THE JOB. HE CONS PEOPLE IN TO THINKING THAT HE IS WORKING UNDER LARRY KROEKERS LIC. NUM. BUT ONCE MR. KROEKER REC. THE MONEY FOR THE MANUFACTED HOME HE WAS NEVER HERD FROM AGAIN AND REFUSES TO RESPOND TO THE SITUATION NOT EVEN TO THE CSLB.NOW ONE YEAR THREE MONTHS LATER I HAVE RUN OUT OF MONEY TO PAY THE PARK SO THEY WILL PROBABLY END UP TOWING IT BEFORE I GET THIS SETTLED. SO MANY MORE HORRIBLE DETAILS REGARDING ETHICS BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE HAVE NONE.
