Kirk Enterprises UK Ltd I paid for nothing Navigation: Main page Author: Hilary I contacted these people at (WWW.mobileunlocked.co.uk)to open my Samsung U900 soul. They informed me it would cost £15.99. They after a few days informed me that my telephone could only be unlocked with an alternative method which was more expensive. I at their demand, I sent them an extra £4 to open with this 'Alternative method'. They failed and I then requested a refund. They sent me a mail that they would refund my £19.99. That it could take up to 28 Days to get a refund. It is now 7 months they have simply ignored all my mails ever since and I now know that they have ripped me off. I have all the receipts and their confirmation mail that they would refund. They are still online and I believe others are falling for this Scam! Hilary J PS I even got in touch with the local authorities in Sheffield where this company is domiciled but they told me that they only took up cases of complaints for residents in the UK. So much for the common economic area of Europe.
