When I say this woman is very dangerous, I am not making it up. Kellie Callan is a very very very dangerous woman How many people do you know that are live in health care providers, that are not just alcoholics, but when they drink they become violent, so violent, they attack a person who is confined in a wheel chair? This person, can't feed themselves, can't bathe themselves, has a very hard time swallowing and if excited a difficult time breathing.

This person has has been in group homes and abused, and when I use the term abuse read between the lines, it has horrific. He was placed in a home by himself with just one care taker, one he got to choose. His family could drop by and check on him, the company would drop by and make sure he was ok, and he had neighbors who kept an eye on things.

What does this person suffer from? He suffers from cerebral palsy. Who is this person? He is my brother. Who attacked this person? Kellie Callan.

Kellie was hired because she responded to an add placed on Craigslist. Being a former model, Ms Callan is striking. Her personality was warm and inviting and playful. Our family finally thought we had found the perfect match to take care of our brother. Ms Callan, seemed almost too perfect. We took the bait.

Everything, with Ms Callan seemed to be moving along without any problems. However, as we soon found out, Ms Callan has an extremely bad drinking problem. She does not just get intoxicated, she becomes violent and sadistic.

The rule about taking care of my brother was pretty straight forward. If she needed some respite all Ms Callan had to do was ask and the company who employed her would have brought someone in while she went out and took a breather. It is called giving her a respite. She did not take them up on that scenario. Instead we found out that she would regularly leave him alone to do whatever it was she did. Then on March 1st, Ms Callan went out, drinking. When she came back that is when basically for all intensive purposes she attacked my brother.

There are a few different ways you can attack someone; One is physically and the other is mentally. The attack on my brother by Kellie Callan had both types of attacks.

It begin, when she came back from drinking and was trying to put my brother to bed. In an alcohol infused rage she tore his bedroom apart. When he saw this he asked to be left in his wheel chair instead of being put on his lift and put to bed. Ms Callan, ignored his request. He then started to beg. My brother has a very hard time with verbal communication, due to the effects of cerebral palsy. That night my brother thought he was begging for his life. Ms Callan told him to basically shut up as she tried, in an inebriated state, to hook him up to his lift.

Ms Callan was able put him on his lift, but she did it all wrong. As Kellie lifted him up, he was upside down and hanging over a tile floor. She cranked the lift as high as it would go and one wrong move and he falls face first onto that tile floor. My brother is very fragile, that kind of fall could have potentially killed him. When he started to cry, Ms Callan started to yell at him and mock him. Even now as I type this I have to pause when i think of that precise moment.

To this day, my brother still has nightmares about this experience. All trust has been tossed out the window and we are back at square one.

I want anyone who is reading this to think about how imminently cruel Kellie Callan was with regards to my brother. A man, who depends on others for his well being, hanging upside down, with breathing problems suffering what some would call a panic attack, being yelled and mocked at for crying and begging for his life.

Now, we find out Kellie Callan has come out of hiding and lives and works on North Clearwater beach and is taking care of two paraplegic women. More then likely Ms Callan got this job through Craigslist. Now, if these women knew what Kellie did to my brother, or what she is truly capable of, do you think she would be even let through their front door? If she was taking care of your loved one, and you found this out, would you still employ her or if you found out would you fire her on the spot? What we uncovered about Kellie Callan is that she has had a drinking problem for over ten years. She has been arrested, had her drivers license taken away with a DWUI, asked to leave the city of Sarasota with regards to what she put their police department through with regards to her drinking and most recently back in September of this year, she was picked up by the Pinellas County Sheriff's office for being drunk and disorderly. How do we know this? Because, it is all on record.

Kellie is very beautiful and a former bikini model. She uses her sexuality to manipulate people into either hiring her or defending her. What these people don't understand is when she slips again, and make no mistake with the drinking problem she has, she will slip, while taking care of people who can't defend themselves, not only will the blood be on her hands but theirs hands as well.

Kellie Callan belongs in a rehab or if my brother would not have been so scared of her, he would have pressed charges and she would be sitting in jail and I would not be typing this. This is a very serious matter and she needs to be exposed.

Is she a monster? I don't know. But anyone who is aware that they have this problem yet insist on taking care of physically challenged people who are basically at her mercy, you draw your own conclusion on that one. The fact is, and it is a fact, with her doing this type of work, she is very very very dangerous and the people in her care are in a very dangerous situation and sadly they and their families do not know this.

We didn't see her coming, but now if this makes it out to anyone, you do. You can see her coming and you can turn her away and keep her away from the most helpless person in your family.

If she is free lancing she is unlicensed, which means not insured or bonded. If some company has hired her, they have the possibility of a massive law suit on their hands.

We are not endangering her means of employment by informing the people of Clearwater Beach or the Tampa Bay area about her because their are a million other jobs Kellie Callan could be doing where she would not endanger the helpless. However, if she insist on doing this type of work, then we will insist on trying to expose her.

Kellie Callan, is a violent alcoholic live in home care giver on North Clearwater Beach, and that everyone is a FACT. Please do not play Russian roulette with your loved ones and to her friends you are not doing her or the people in her care any favors by covering for her, and that goes for her family as well. May God have mercy on all of your souls.
