I had my dogs preliminary hip xrays done at a year old to make sure I could breed him. The vet said they would not pass. I sent them in months later after the breeder wanted a second opinion but would not pay for it as in her contract. OFA came back saying mild hip dysplaisia. but she still was arguing she wanted to know if it was my fault or genetic. So I sent the xrays to her vet to look at and he said the same as OFA and it was genetic. She is still arguing that I have to pay to take him for the second opinion when in fact it states in two different places in her contract that the BREEDER will pay for a second opinion. since I will not take him and pay for it she will not honor the contract.
