I have been severely wronged by Judge Tarrantino I was put through excessive court dates, an unjust trial with no witnesses called on my behalf and no creditable evidence against me to falsely character assassinate me as "insane", while I had clean evals and no one ever pulled my medical records,I have been denied counsel under the mental health act and poor person act through legal aide and Suffolk County Law services stating I don't fit the criteria for being disabled. I am not entitled to legal services.I don't collect disability because I am not entitled to it yet my kids are ripped out of my life by erroneous rulings both in custody proceeding and child support proceedings ordering me an incorrect amount of over 100% of my pay when I work, now on a revoked/restricted drivers license and financially destroyed, losing my home to fore closure, credit wrecked and ripped off 24k by attorneys that failed to represent me approiately.

Yet my ex boyfriend defied court orders and tested positive for drugs and beat my son with a founded CPS report and Judge Tarrantino gave him custody while testing positive for drugs and ignored it never held in contempt while under court order and a founded CPS report of clear abuse,witness affidavits were also ignored as I have no wrong doing on my part to be treated so unjustly through the Suffolk County Judicial System.The appellate division was given erroneous information by this judge in regards to my case and they got a forensic to falsely testify against me with no creditable evidence.This judge ordered me to be on drugs...he is the one that must be on drugs to act so inapproiately on the bench in my case and other cases.The court system needs to pull his cases and investigate.My ex boyfriend and exhusband got to be represented by the same attorney and perjure facts with no crediable evidence and my attorneys failed to represent me properly and Judge Tarrantino allowed all and unjustly harassed me claiming "exparte communication" when I fired my attorney and faxed crucial information proving my innocence he failed to presented at trial .

I then got accused of sending voluminous faxes and my mental stability being in question.It is appalling how a law abiding loving mother can have all her rights violated have her children ripped out of her life, on a wrongly imputed child support order, financially destroyed by all this and when I protested the law guardian then assisted in further slandering me erroneously because no one opposes the wrongdoing.My children are the true victims as I have a handicapped child I have custody or and I have been obstructed from making decisions for her,getting guardianship since now she is an adult and her SSI money was stolen and given first to my former attorney then to ex boyfriend and the system and her biological father doesn't seem to care yet they both harass me by text messages and threaten me and no one in the system is assisting me in anyway.

The system is doing criminal acts against me in there failure to work approiately.If my kids are ripped out of my life and I am slandered as being disabled erroneously why am I wrongly inputed child support as my ex boyfriend evades taxes for 23 years (Craig Berkhan) reported to IRS, and lie to court on his income with only one tax return submitted as evidence signed not notarized, and checking acct that doesn't match what he claims, and paying his attorney illegally behind the scenes as per checking acct checks wrote, yet lie to court that he pays his attorney $100.00 a month cash. There is no attorney on Long Island that works so cheap or efficiently to torture me yet I get threatened with incarceration on wrongly imputed child support by this attorney? I have objected to all of this I have represented myself prose and denied with prejudice and my former attorney misrepresented me and 2 judges found in my favor the on a trial denova even though the truth was on my side and I presented evidence the same judge that found in my favor then overturned it incorrectly.

Apparently in Suffolk County Laws and rights don't apply to the public it's corruption and misconduct by all that rules.I now have no visitation with my kids because the circumstances I have been placed in by the system wrongly in retaliation for there wrong doing. I have written to the Federal Govt (Obama), Governors office,DA,Office of Inspector general, Judicial Review, Vincent DeMarco and no one has any jurisdiction when the system is wronging people? We live in America this is appalling.
