James Kim-Carlton Banks-Celldepot Scam Navigation: Main page Author: Maeka I purchased a T-Mobile side kick from this man in December of 2008 for my son. When my son used the phone, it would turn off and back on resetting itself and erasing phone numbers etc. I contacted the seller who gave me an address to send the phone to and he would send a replacement. It didn't come so I emailed him again (numerous times) inquiring about the status of the shipment. He would respond by saying he had not gotten his replacement shipment in or he would stall by saying he needed the item number; or my mailing address; then he said the phone would be shipped out the next day. I waited...no phone. I attempted to contact him by e-mail but he no longer answers his e-mail. The person who answers the phone when I dial the number available from ebay says that its a wrong number. I am out 157.00 due to this dishonest and greedy man. He cooresponded long enough to keep me from being able to file a case with Pay pal and Ebay. Pretty bad...huh?
