CHARLES (BUZZ)JACO FROM CAMPBELL TEXAS CAME TO GALVESTON TX. AFTER HURRICAIN IKE DEVESTATED THIS TOWN. HE CLAIMED TO BE A CONTRACTOR. HE AND HIS CREW OF MEN DID PLUMBING,ELECTRICAL,CARPENTRY,& PAINTING TO RESTORE MY HOME.THEY DID WORK AT A NEIGHBOR,AND FOR A FRIEND.EVERY JOB HE DID IN THIS TOWN IS HAVING TO BE REDONE.NOTHING IS TO CODE.THERE WERE NO P-TRAPS PUT IN THE TUBS,OR SHOWER,THE SLAB WILL HAVE TO BE BROKE UP NOW TO GET TO IT. MY HARD WOOD FLOORS ARE BUCKELING,NOT ONE DOOR IN THE HOUSE IS RIGHT.THE PAINT AND TEXTURING HAS TO BE REDONE.THE LIST IS ENDLESS. IF YOU SEE THIS MAN,PLEASE RUN THE OTHER WAY. SAVE YOUR HOME AND YOUR POCKET BOOK.
