This company has very misleading adds. They promise a free trial for shipping charges only, then automatically charge for the product- including the "free" trial on the credit card.

They use the information given to pay for the shhipping and then add automatic payment to your credit card.

Customer service is horrid and refused to refund the total amount, even though I had not used any due to a medical condition. I explained to the agent, who refused me a supervisor on repeated requests. When I did get a supervisor, she was rude and would not give me her supervisor. Nor would she give me a full refund. She stalled on any question asked of her, although the previous agent had pulled up all my information, she kept saying she could not get the information due to computer problems.

Please warn anybody interested in this shoddy company.
