Info Media, Inc. My Internet Payday Stole Money Navigation: Main page Author: Ronald I entered their site and paid by debit card a $1 fee to enter and find out what the plan was. Once I saw that it appeared to be a scam, or at least something I didn't want any part of I called the Company and canceled the order. I advised the them that I did not want anything to do with them and to cancel any order, and any further charges to me other than the one dollar fee necessary to see what the 'my internet payday' was even about. I was assured that there would be no charges and that my order was canceled, I immediately received a cancellation notice from them. One week later while checking my bank statement online I found a debit from my internet payday for $78.64 posted that day, the cancellation notice and order was dated April 27, 2009 and the debit was charged May 04, 2009. I called the company back, spoke to a representative named Adonis concerning this and he verified that the cancellation notice was posted with them - but gave me no explanation concerning how the money was taken. Now maybe a person can make money with this Google adsense, and maybe not, but taking money that is not authorized and that is noticed in their own records as being canceled is theft, fraud, and really illegal.
