ILX, Los Abrigados in Sedona, Arizona offered a Voucher(good for one year) for a train ride on the Verde Canyon Train for 3 Adults for a 90 minute tour of their resort. My wife and I completed the tour in Sept 2008 and recieved the voucher. We followed all the instructions on the voucher, made the reservations, turned in the voucher for travel on the train and 45 days after the travel, recieved a charge of 164.85 on our charge card for the tickets from the railroad due to the ILX Resort not honoring the Voucher. The Staff Personelle at the Railroad stated to me on the phone that "this often occurs with the voucher and the card needs to be charged." I replied that customers need to be informed of this prior to making the reservations on the train, since I would Not have taken this Train Ride if such cost was involved. I also would not have wasted my time and my wife's time on a Timeshare tour. Beware of ILX Tours, they make promises, they do not intend to keep!!
