I FOUND THAT MY MOTHER WAS RUSHED TO EMERGENCY THE NIGHT BEFORE I PLANNED TO TRAVEL AND SUBSEQUENTLY CANCELLED THE TRIP WITH HOTWIRE, WHO EMAILED ME FORMS TO FILL OUT AND SUBMIT TO ACCESSAMERICA (THIRD PARTY) WHAT HOTWIRE.COM DON'T TELL U THAT IF U IF U CANCEL U GET JERKED AND HAVE TO WAIT A MINUMUM OF 7-10 DAYS TO GET REIMBURSED, IF YOUR LUCKY..... BESIDES THE FACT THAT HOTWIRE.COM IS UNSYMPATHETIC TO MY SITUATION THEY ARE ALSO MISREPRESENTING THEMSELVES BY NOT DISCLOSING THE JERKED PROCESS OF FILING A CLAIM. HOTWIRE.COM GREAT PRICES ON HOTELS, HORRIBLE ON SERVICE! I'LL PAY DOUBLE THE PRICE TO DEAL WITH HONEST PEOPLE, I FEEL LIKE I WAS RIPPED OFF BY HOTWIRE.COM RIPPED OFF BY HOTWIRE.COM
