Horizon Exchange Bureau IS A SCAM![]() Navigation: Main page Author: Almost Scammed You receive a letter advising you are a winner of a drawing, there is a valid telephone # to call and you are advised to call them to receive a surety bond to receive the winnings, you receive two checks with the letter one is for the surety bond the 2nd in the amount of the winnings, you are advised by the person on the phone to deposit the 1st check you then do a moneygram to the company in that amount and they will send you the Surety Bond with a letter explaining all the details of the drawing, where you registered etc. And, you can even call directory assistance for the Lincoln Bank in Indiana and they will confirm funds are available, but, there fraud unit states its a fraud!!!! You'll never get the surety bond or letter and no you actually did win a drawing. Be Careful. Be advised both Horizon Exchange Bureau and Horizon Freight lines are addressed from Canada and you can't locate an address or telephone # for them, and the # provided of course is not listed.
