I purchased a pear of rims and tires for my 2007 ford fusion, The next day as i was driving one of the wheels came off causing damage to my vehicle. I then returned the rims and asked for a refund the manager agreed to pay refund but with out the taxes in portions. I disagreed company now refuses to give me back any money and has the rims and tires. The total cost of the rims were appromately $1700.00. If any one can help me please i have reported this matter to small claims but i am afraid they may not pay even in judgement.
