I tried to work with Hiram in the past in regard to their pickup inconsistencies and billing practices. I kept getting past due bills when I actually had attached payment to the can on a week they did not pick up. After months of "putting up" with them, I finally called them and asked them to pick up the can & discontinue services. They did not pick up for two weeks, came and dumped my trash out and took the can. BUYER BEWARE. CHECK WITH YOUR NEIGHBORS ABOUT THEIR SERVICES. I'm going with the competition who has a good reputation and is dependable.
