help.com![]() Navigation: Main page Author: Stephen Scott Here are two corrupt practices with the site help.com 1. Blocking or banning individuals for no apparent reason: From the complaints board here is what the author the Exposer-Revealer found: "This so-called "help" site that comes out of CBS Interactive is not always that helpful and is many times hurtful to the very people it says that it wants to help. The site is used as a site for posting questions or topics of interest but there is a shameful and disgraceful fraudulent activity that goes on behind the scenes. One such activity of this site is to block the very people that it says it is trying to "help" for no apparent reason by blocking their accounts. When the user tries to access their account they find that strangely without warning the site via its discriminatory and corrupt moderators and administrators have hindered them from accessing their accounts and accessing the site. It is a shame and a disgrace and very sarcastic that a so-called "help" site by these unscrupulous and deceitful activities undertakes hurting the very people it "claims" that it wants to assist by helping them find solutions to their problems and their issues. By doing this it is creating another issue rather than solving one. This goes to show the great trickery and scam with a site that should not be trusted at all. This help site is more like a handicapped site at times and therefore needs to be held accountable and responsible for its deceptive practices and it also needs to be "helped" with going out of business once and for all." 2. Also from the complaints board here is what the author Stephen Scott who wrote a letter to them found: "I have been very sick for the past two years, there for having help with my checking from time to time. Now that I back doing my paper work, I see a charge for $34.61 that goes back at least through Jan. 2008. These charges are unauthorized, I did not sign up for anything; and if I go on any sites that you have to call and cancel with in 30 days, (I always do that). It should be pretty obvious that I haven't logged on to what ever site this is; These charges need to stop imedeately; and I would expect a full refund for these unauthorized charges to my checking account." This helpful site is a site that hurts and hinders and needs to be helped on its way towards being out of existence.
