HEALTH CARE & REHABILITATION SERVICES of Brattleboro, VT is not a healthy place to go for getting your needs met. They bullied my disabled yet good (loving father, clean record), cooperative husband in a quasi-criminal set-up with a room full of professional people, including (most probably)plainclothes detectives. They were supposed to be having an ACT 264 meeting to provide needed help for our disabled teenage son. But they (Bill Metcalfe ringleading)bullied, scummed, degraded, and ridiculed him right in front of his handicapped son so they could slam him into the category of CHILD MALTREATER for the convenience of the easy money from government funding streams. They wanted to take the kid away and make parents look "guilty" and make them jump hoops. There were services available for my son outside of the CHILD MALTREATMENT FOSTER CARE SYSTEM, but not as much money available for the social agencies to gratify themselves with. Bill Metcalfe (HCRS, Bratt) is a horrible bully and not to be trusted.
