Be very careful to verify your shipping charges in advance before ordering anything from this website (www.drhot.net). I ordered one item that cost $23.99 and my shipping charge was $11.95. However, that shipping charge was NOT identified to me on my order confirmation receipt that I printed out at checkout. In addition, there were no options to estimate what my shipping charge would be. According to Gypsy Kitchen there is a minimum shipping charge of $7.95 on all orders; however, that information is not conspicuously displayed as I had to search for it after the fact. I contacted the Gypsy Kitchen and the Better Business Bureau regarding this; and, both times Gypsy Kitchen responded that they are just passing the costs on to the consumer. My BBB complaint will just remain unresolved since Gypsy Kitchen does not believe that they are doing anything wrong; therefore, the sole purpose of this posting is to make people aware that I believe that this website veils their shipping charges from consumers view. And, it is my personal opinion is that very few consumers if any that would order a $24 item from any online website if they new in advance that they had to pay an $12 to ship it.

In conclusion, it is my opinion that this website is misleading by omission because all of the applicable charges are not identified to the consumer at checkout.
