Grant Member Services has scammed me out of $189.78, I paid $1.99 for a cd that had bogus info on it. I tried to access their website & couldn't I then emailed them & they replyed that I had to provide personal info before I could get on their site. I did this, (GMS) drug this out so that it took up the 7 day free trial, by the way you don't know about this until you call them & a phone rep. tells you this. I still didn't have reply from them so I emailed them again, & again they said I had to give them the info again. In my 2nd email I told them that they were giving me the run around that they said you could get a grant within 2 weeks I had been trying to access their website for over 2 weeks and I told them that. I then got an email from them stating they had canceled my account & wouldn't be charged any more. I thought why would I be charged all I had to pay for was the cd. I went on a website called (((link redacted))) & there are numerous complaints about this company, all of them have had the same exact thing done to them. I am so tired of companies doing this to people, they hide info so they can then charge your accounts for money, I want my money back I am disabled & we only have one income we can't afford things like this to happen. I also had several NSF fees charged because of them debiting our account without me knowing other bills bounced. Krista
