I am a new landlord and wanted to do a background check on potential tenants.

This website offered that opportunity to me for $34.92. I paid the amount and received my confirmation email. Also included in the email was the same website address; which I went to and came to the very first page I saw before I paid the money.

There was no signin spot for the login or password. Nowhere for me to begin "my search" . Shame that such a wonderful opportunity like the internet can be used for such a crime. To use an old cliche, its not the money its the principle.
