I entered into contract with a California Company called "Gold Kommerce" also known as "Radiant Capital".. David Kay claimed to offer a 30% return on investment, for his gold bars. He has shown tons of documentation showing the delivery of his Gold into LAX, he provides bank statement payouts of previous clients who also recieved their payouts after only a month. I invested $120,000 with the understanding that i would be paid out by no later than November 14 of 2009. The websites and company phone numbers are no longer working and this SCAMMER has stolen my money. His staff including his legal mandates now claim that David Kay is in Dubai transacting gold deals over there, but dont know when he will pay out. BEWARE David Kay whose business address is 550 S. Hill Ave, Los Angeles CA is a diabolical SCAMMER.
