They told me that my 30 days was up on the 21st and that if I wasnted to cancel I would have to call them back on the 20th, even though I had tried to cancel on the 14th. They sent me a paper with product stating that they open on M thru F 8 to 5pm. My problem is the 20th is on a Sunday! So this is one way I can solve this problem by sending in a complaint on line!
