This so-called company claims the trial is free except for s/h. I agreed to the s/h, but then they started charging $80+ to my VISA. They scammed me out of $250+ by the time I got wise. Talking by phone was a nightmare. The reps barely speak English clearly and do tricky things like pretending the phone connection is faulty and they can't hear you, so they hang up. Sometimes they just plain hung up in the middle of a sentence. They gave me return merchandise authorizations(rma)which I used to returned the unopened bottles. I doubt the rma's are real and I doubt they even have a refund department. Yet to see. Never again! Sadly, I will never use what might be a good product due to this rip-off. Sadder but wiser.
