In October, 2006, we leased an RV Motorhome to Frank Carbone, dba RVI Flexshares, LLC. His plan was to sublease our unit to members of his motorhome timeshare program. The program worked well for about two years at which time we began to get excuses for why he could not pay us and promises that he would pay us in a month or two. The lease was finally terminated when the unit broke down in Sonora, CA and he told us that he could not afford to pay for the repairs ($4900.00) or the cost of returning the unit to Dallas ($1300.00). Needless to say, he does not return my phone calls.
