Wife and I bought a wood burning stove from Florence Hearth & patio and Jim the owner put in writing that we would recive a half cord of wood. It has been over a year now. I have went to his place of business and have ask numerous times and ask about the wood and would get the same answer I will have my man deliverit soon. It has never happened so this is the last resort - file a compliant
