I received a letter and check from this company that I was a lucky winner in The Publishers Clearing House 7/4/08 Sweepstakes and this was a Final Notice. They sent a check to pay the government service tax and insurance. I was to contact Barbara Howell at 778-551-0977. I called her and was told to cash the check and send the cash via a moneygram to New York. The additional money was to cover the Moneygram charge. She even told me exactly where to go to send the money - WalMart. After I did this I was to call her back and she would set up a delivery time for my winnings. I later got a call from 'The Customs Department' saying they had received and opened my package and I owed them $1,320.00 in Custom fees. When I called Barbara and told her this, she feigned complete surprise. When I told her I thought this was a complete scam she no longer called or bothered me.
