I purchased backup software, RestoreIT 7, v7.1.4, from them. Their support policy "guarantees" help within 2 days if you have a valid serial number and Registration ID.

I have both plus 6 months remaining on a Maintenance and Support Agreement, but I can't get support from them.

I have emailed them for help 7 times over the past 2 weeks. Each time they send an email saying I should resubmit my request if I don't hear from them within 2 days.

I even mailed the company headquarters in CA but received no response.

Stay away from farstone.com if you even suspect you may need support.
