E-store Sell Defective products Navigation: Main page Author: Thomas I have several times left messages for this company recorded in their voice mail, ststing I would like a return authorzation and a complete refund for a product that is 8 years old and is defective. They will not return my phone calls. Any reptuable company has customer service as number one, this company ignores all calls. Please make sure all consumers are aware of this rip off company My order ID # if ask is yhst-92672540405075-2385 This product was recieved on 5/20, orderd om 5/15. An atempt to concact was made on 5/20-5/21-and 5/22 several times.
