Elite Swimming Pool & Spa Services Owner is a 3x Convicted Fraud Felon Navigation: Main page Author: Samantha I heard about this company from a friend. And I decided to call the owner as asked alot of questions. They are not bonded & Insured They are not listed in the BBB or anything So got the name of the owner and his wife and did a small background just to make sure i wasnt dealing with some scammers... OH MY OH MY the owner Angelo Rodriguez Jr is a 3X convicted Fraud and Burgulary Felon and a drug change. My neighbor told me that when she used this company, she gave him a check (of course with all the informaiton on their). the company took her information and billed so much to her. After an investigation was completed in their home, there were dozens and dozens of copies of peoples checks in one room This company is a complete fraud and i am doing everything for my friend to put them behind bars for fraud DO NOT USE THEM
