Do not have them make you any custom product. They will sell you a bag of lies to get your money. Once they get your money, they will become completely unresponsive, rude, and borderline threatening. Again, they will tell you anything to get your money. Then once they do, all service ends. They will deliver you a crap ring and then say no refunds. They are complete frauds and crooks. They are the horror stories that you hear about where you leave your ring to be sized and come back to pick it up and they have replaced your diamond with something fake.
