EDPS Online Warehouse scam

EDPS Online Warehouse is apparently a scam. I placed an order for $40 worth of merchandise that was to be shipped via UPS in March. After 2 weeks, I began trying to get in touch with this company via email and telephone number. I received no response. After a month, I received an email stating that the merchandise had been lost, and that UPS would be contacting me. This was an obvious lie, because UPS issues tracking numbers for their shipments. I received no tracking number. After another month, I received an email stating that they had just learned that I had not received my order. After repeated emails from me asking for a refund, I received an email stating that a refund had been made to my credit card. To date, I have received no merchandise and no refund. There has either been no response or blatant lies. I wish I had checked this site before I ordered.
