He knew they could not make a prototype for me but made false promises and after wiring the money to their company account Rabobank, he stopped picking my calls and replying my mail. It took the help of Barbara Turner who introduced him to me, to get him to come clean as to his intentions and promise a refund. The refund has taken 12weeks and yet to be paid. I have been told he is moving from his known business location and so stalling for time with no intention to refund back my money.
