I am a patient of Dr. Steven Lazarovitz and very disappointed. My husband and many of his friends all play regular casual hockey with horrible Dr. Steven Lazarovitz (Ottawa). After the games there is the usual banter in the locker room. Dr. Steven Lazarovitz (Ottawa) revealed my personal information to the entire locker room. I am meeting with the police and my lawyer to determine what charges will be laid.
