I went to Dr. Morris Ritz for purely cosmetic surgery that is not claimable by our system, Medicare, which is government money (ie: People's taxes!) that is there for medically necessary work only. I then got all these statements from medicare and my private insurer (that also doesn't cover cosmetic work!) with endles, bogus "scar revisions" and I NEVER EVER had a single scar removed. I realised that Dr. Morris Ritz had USED MY MEDICARE NUMBER AND MY PRIVATE HEALTH CARE NUMBER TO CREATE BOGUS CLAIMS THAT WENT STRAIGHT INTO HIS SURGERY's PURSE--- Dr. Morris Ritz owns his own surgery and so he can do this!! I asked around an apparently this is well known. Lots of his very wealthy clients think it's wonderful because then he gives them a better "deal'. I think it's absolutely disgraceful. The public health system in Australia is in a mess. Children can't get the operations they need; our hospitals are overcrowded and there's a lot of suffering. Meanwhile, Dr. Morris Ritz, plastic surgeon- WEALTHY plastic surgeon- steals money from people in real need. When I tried to complain, I was told that I "couldn't prove it". That's justice, isn't it? I got my medical file from Dr. Morris Ritz and he'd written in endless bogus scar revisions, without me even knowing he'd done this, and he just tells the authorities that they happened, but THEY DID NOT !! Dr. Morris Ritz of Malvern, Melbourne Victoria Australia, is engaging in a serious ongoing scam that is costing tax payers a lot of money and taking money from those in real need.
