When I rented my studio apartment @ 13935 Glenn Pines Rd, Grass Valley, CA 95945 4/22/2008 I was told all appliances worked including the heater and that there was never very much snow. So I rented the place & in Oct. 2008 Dorothy told me that the heater was not in proper working order & she needed to buy a new one but it was too costly. So her son would fix the existing heater. That never happened. He did work on it but the heater still calused my smoke detector to go off so she changed that. When I ran the heater for more than 10 to 15 minutes my eyes would begin to water, my nose run, I'd get a headache and it felt like someone was sitting on my chest. It was 33 degrees inside my house @ one time during Dec. 2008. I ended up staying with my daughter & my friend the most of the winter. I feel that I should have at least 2 months rent & my deposit back. I do have written documentation on what was said written by Dorothy & myself. I did move out on 2/28/2009.
