Dish Network never sent ipod

Ordered Dish Network with the promise of an IPOD, never received IPOD, signed 2 year contract for a set price, they raise the price, after I do not pay the differance, they put late charge on each month amounting to $100.00 in late fees, will not credit, all this over $18.00. $ 3.00 increase over 6 month. But we signed a contract up front for a 2 year period. This is not right after an agreement is made. Never did receive IPOD they claim Defender Security is responsible of course Defender is licensed by them. Defender also charged me a $ 14.00 fee for this so called IPOD on my credit card. Then they cut my service because of failing to pay the $100.00 in late fees. The full month of service was paid for. I am short 18 days of service which was paid for. This is the worst company ever. Stay away from Dish use your local cable supplier better service. I have filed a report with New York State Attorneys Generals Office and I will seek my IPOD & Money in small claims court. If you want headaches use Dish other wise BUYER BEWARE everything you read in these reports is true. The IPOD is a Scam and should be stopped by the government. What a foolish company DISH NETWORK is, my family and friends will NEVER use there service. So who lost DISH. I have now informed other people so they may not be VICTIMS of DISH.
