to whom it may concern; i am reporting a business that defrauded me of 78k i ordered 2 new factory marine engines from delta performance marine in december 2010 that were supposed to be delivered to me in february2011. as of now i have no engines and no money from this business.sent him money through wire tansffer i believe this would put me in federal offense catergory. finding out that the guy , Greg Slayton owner defrauded 15 other people.Called the feds ,and nothing is being done.contacted consumer protection agency and again no help from them either. i need help from someone that can help me with my situation here. ,and i lost my fishing season because of this fraud.To make matters worse i took out home equity loan to purchase these marine engines. now the fishing season behind me don't have money to pay my loan.somebody help me here!

Greg defrauded me of $83.2k a long time ago still no refund with delivery of some crap stuff no usable at all I used the home equity as well to cover the downpayment with little progress so far

Well time has passed missed out on my fishing by waiting for my engines from Delta Performance Marine/ Greg Slayton. Then he has his version of factory engine that i ordered from him. The engine he sent me1engine of 2 not wired, ECMcomputer missing, no wiring harness, no display panel, no air filter, no CPL or serial #s, bolts missing, senders and plugs missing, transmissions wrong model and wrong ratio, Engines are #2 bell housing Trannys are #1 housing, no wet exhaust elbow, rusty expansion tank, aftercooler is small and NOT OEM, heat exchanger NOT OEM, even the alternator belt is old!!! Iwould like to be in contact with as many of his victims as i can Please let's not give up on having this guy arrested and pay the restitution.and the problems that he has caused in our lives.
