I originally ordered shutters from SameDay Shutters located in Santa Ana. The order was predicated on a delivery date which would have been in a week. I was told this was not going to be a problem since their schedule for the week was fairly light. By Wednesday, I was told by their sales department that they have not yet had the time to even process the paperwork and make the cut sheets hence my order will not be ready for 2 weeks. I asked to cancel the order and get my deposit money of $1,300.00 back. They refused, saying that the condition stated that if worked had been started, then cancelled by the consumer, then they are enttled to 25% of the deposited money. I was clearly told that the cut sheet was not started and that all work follows only after making the cut sheets. They refused to give me any of my money back.

David Blachley is listed as a CEO for Achi(e)ver Corp. dba Durashutters aka SameDay Shutters, 1800eBlinds, 1800eBlinds.com, samedayshutter.com...within this site, apperently there has been compalints filed under then business entities

This is a scam The flagship company name is 'Achiver Corp', that's according to the Santa Ana business License department. Achiver Corp is dba as Durashutters. David Blachley's email footnote that he sent to me in response carried a signatory label as David W. Blachley CEO, Achiever Corp. Inventor of Durashutters.
