Dan Frank Scam artist - LIAR Navigation: Main page Author: Simplycuteaful DanFrank005@gmail.com may also be under an alias of Dan.Frank99@yahoo.com be aware of him! He told me he was renting out a property on 14417 Hellenic Drive, Tampa FL 33613 and I came to find out it is a vacant apartment. Plus he said it had 4 bedrooms, what apartment has 4 bedrooms!? He called me from the phone number listed above that I called back and it is a robot number! Not even a real landline! The number originated with an Iowa area code when he said he was originally from Florida but a missionary staying in Louisiana. I told him I refused to wire/transfer any monies and all money transfers would take place face to face in person and he refused saying that he trusts NO ONE and that everything would be handled through UPS. I told him I would find a reputable realtor in the area that he could ship the keys to and I would handle the money situation with her, he refused. Red flag immidiately went up then. I researched his e-mail address and found someone else on Ripoff Report had already reported him so here I am to warn any further people who may be mislead by this guy. I was lucky enough to not be fooled and lose anything from this...I do not want to see anyone fooled by this criminal!
