CrossCheck Check Guarantee Services Rip Off

When we signed up for this company they wanted a lot of pay every month, we talked them down on this and got a fairly good contract we thought. Basically they would guarantee the check and if it was returned to us for any reason they would pay us within 7 working days. When the first bad checks showed up they told us nay-nay it takes 30 days. So we accepted this and waited for our money. Well what they did is try to deposit these checks again. The checks were originally returned stamped RTM, when I called the bank they told me that they did this standard for all there costumers(I already filed a complaint with the federal reserve on this). Of course the account was closed and thus the check were returned again this time to the Cross check company. Well they refused to pay us the promised amount because the check was marked RTM originally. In other words I have been paying for a bogus service that basically doesn't exist. At $.89 per check plus a percentage I think this is pretty much the biggest rip-off I have ran into this century. I am considering a law-suit on this company right now, and if I can get enough people to join we could make it a class-action suit that will put them out of business.
