I signed up on line for a free credit report for a $1.00 processing fee which they placed on my credti card as well as a $29.95 charge. I attempted to cancel this credit report 2 days in a row through the operator Pam and her Supervisor Trina but they told me that I still would be charged the $1.00 fee as well as the $29.95 fee even if I canceled. this was False Representation-Fraud. I contested the charge to no avail. The company was supposed to then send me a credit report but I never did recieve one from them. They would not give me a mailing address saying they did not have one and they were based out of Canada. they issued me a cancelation number which I told them I did not want without them canceling this charge for $29.95 which I was told they could not reverse. they also issued me a User Name and Password which I did noy use because I then proceeded to contest these charges with my credit card company all to no avai.
