This was supposed to be a brand new laptop computer in the box. Paid extra for the wireless card to be installed. Lo and behold when I get home and open the box... It is a refurbished piece of S@#! There are cracks on it and does not even connect to the router I bought. Talk about pissed off!!!! And to top it off.. After I signed my receipt and he took it to sign off on it he had checked the "as is" box and the "not new" box. Didn't even think to look again at the receipt until I got home and got screwed!!!
