C.N. Brown Big Apple Store sells liquor to Minor Navigation: Main page Author: Tina On May 3, Big Apple food stores in Auburn Maine got busted not only once, but incredibly TWICE. This company has flunked more and more alcohol and tobacco stings than any company in the state, and the sad part is that they really could not care less. Last month the exact same thing happened in Portland, and several other C N Brown Locations. They are a ripoff that only cares about profits and nothing else. I and several others wonder why they don't lose their liquor license, they don't seem to learn from past mistakes. They don't care if our chidren can be sold liquor, as long as it makes a profit. The state of Maine has licensed them to have several agency liquor stores, and this is really incredible. Where and when will it stop? Not until enough people call Augusta and tell them that this company should have their liquor license revoked.
