ClickDVDMania.com Navigation: Main page Author: Anonymous I contacted the number on my credit card statement because I wanted to let them know that the DVDs skipping and that they do not even finish one episode before going to the next episode. i also wanted to let him know that they were not new as promised, nor in chronological order, nor where the dvd menu options in the same format. He told me that I was going tot get an email with instructions on where to return them but they were sent from China. I still have not received an email. My bank may not refund the money since I authorized the charge and he will tell me a name nor a shipping address. The gentleman I spoke to told me it was not their fault I did not receive my confirmation letter via email. Some how all yahoo email address block his stuff because they do not type out a personal message. Also told me that my background music is that of the talk show Jerry Springer and that I live in a villiage based off of my name. Was told that he would refund my money so I could put it toward my double wide trailer and that I was trash because I live in North Carolina. He also told me he was having trouble understanding me because I speak hillbilly. Was also told that I was the villiage idiot. Told me I was a wh*re who was too stupid and a nit wit and could not possibly understand how "these" things work. Was then told that I was (SOL) because I am not getting my money back. When i asked him what his website was he told me to go to www. santaclause as he spelled it out. I was told to shut up multiple times and shut my jaws and that it must be a difficult thing for me to do. He said other things. I have never been so disrepected or offenend in my life. Even if I dont get my money back, I want this guy to get in trouble and caught! He was very condensending and a complete jerk!
