We have had a hard time trying to find out why our payments are almost twice as much as we spent, and now we have been told that we have to pay more than twice as much for our phones because per our lease agreement, when Citi Capital 'took' all the interest on the lease up front CIT was forced to charge us for that interest along with our payments. Was our interest rate over 100%? I asked what our rate is, they cannot tell me. I asked how much Citi Capital 'took' that I have to 'pay back', they cannot tell me. I need to know WHO we can contact in order to pursue this crooked company. One of the representatives who got us involved with this 'lease' is in jail for fraud already. We need assistance! A 44,000 phone system is running us over 89,000.
